Terms and Conditions

 In Order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the  Management requests your co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between the Guest and The Aangan Village Resort under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest(s): 

• No Show: 100% retention charges will be applicable on reserved rooms
• Cancellation received less than 72 hours, prior to the date of arrival, 100% retention charges will be charged on reserved rooms.
• 03 to 07 Days: 50% retention charge will be applicable.
• 07 to 15 Days In Advance: 25% Retention charges will be applicable.
• 15 Days In Advance: No Retention charges will be applicable.

• No Show: 100% retention charges will be applicable on reserved rooms
• Cancellation received less than 72 hours, prior to the date of arrival, 100% retention charges will be charged on reserved rooms.
• 03 to 07 Days: 50% retention charge will be applicable.
• 07 to 45 Days In Advance: 25% Retention charges will be applicable.
• 46 Days In Advance: Flat 25000 will be charged.

Booking Rules: Payment: 50% upfront payment required to confirm the booking, balance due at check-in.

• Booking amount of Rs 100000.00 which is non- refundable, non- transferable, not- adjustable.
• Within 30 Days of Booking Advance, 50% of Total Estimated Invoice value to be deposited..
• Balance 50% of Total Invoice Value to be settled on or before 30 Days prior to the date of function.

• Cancellation received within 90 days prior to the date of event, 50% retention charges will be applicable on reserved rooms and Banquet facilities booked.
•  Cancellation once the booking is confirmed on advance payment, 30% of Total Invoice Value will be applicable which is Non Refundable, Non Transferable and Non Adjustable.

1. Booking Changes: Changing dates constitutes a cancellation depending upon the availability.

2. Refund Processing: Refunds for cancellations may take 7-10 days for processing.

3. Payment Fees: 5% fee for cancellations with credit/debit cards or digital wallets.

4. Reservation Changes: Subject to availability.

5. Children Policy:

• Under 7: Free stay with parents.
• 7-18: Extra Child charges will apply.
• Above 18: Extra Adult rates will apply.

6.Payment Method: Same as original booking for additional charges or modified reservations.

Dining: The hotel serves vegetarian cuisine. 

As our staff is all local hired, generally villagers, not very professional so the services may take some time. Our kitchen closes at 11:00 PM, we server the dinner maximum by 11:00 PM , we take our final order at 10:30 PM. Post 11:00 PM will be difficult for us to serve as our team need to prepare for next day breakfast. 

Identification: Government-issued ID is required at check-in for all guests, including children under 5.

Early/Late Check-In/Out: Subject to room availability; half-day tariff applicable if available.

Smoking Policy: All rooms are strictly non-smoking, including hookah.

Damage: Guests liable for any property damage.

Quiet Hours: No music allowed after 10:30 PM.

Meal Plan: Non-changeable after reservation.

Discounts: Not applicable to extra persons at check-in.

Transportation: Pickup & Drop service is available upon request, subject to availability and charges.

Safety Protocols: Guests must adhere to government sanitation and safety protocols.

Force Majeure: Bookings postponed in case of natural calamity or government-enforced lockdown.

Special Requests: Subject to availability and additional charges.

Driver Accommodation: Not available.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted on the premises.

The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, Without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her. 

Visitors entry to the guests’ rooms strictly prohibited, however in case of exceptional circumstances the management may allow visitor to guest room only after having photo Identity proof documents and register entry at reception. Also customer’s signed approval and mandatory registration at the reception desk (leaving an identity card and personal details). 

Gambling, Smoking, contraband / smuggled goods, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals, Non Veg and / or pungent food - are all strictly prohibited in the hotel premises.

All foreign nationals need to carry a valid passport, visa / work permit and need to be presented at the time of check-in which will be checked and verified by the relevant authorities. 

All Indian nationals have to present a government-approved valid photo ID proof and address details at the time of check-in.   

• Check-In: 2:00 PM.
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM.

"Given our location in a lush jungle environment, we strongly advise you to pack insect repellent for your comfort and protection."

"Since our accommodation is based in a village setting, electricity supply can be intermittent. Should a power cut affect the hot water geyser, kindly ask a staff member for a bucket of hot water if required

While we provide power backup, please note it supports only lights and fans. It does not extend to high-voltage appliances such as AC units, LED, Geyser etc. 

"Since we are located approximately 6 kilometers from the main market, we kindly request that guests place any food orders one day in advance to allow us sufficient preparation and delivery time."

"Our room service hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you anticipate needing items such as water or milk after 10:00 PM, we kindly request that you place your order before the service window closes."

"Our kitchen accepts the last dinner order at 10:00 PM. Meals are served until 11:00 PM. We kindly request that you place your final food order by 10:00 PM to allow adequate preparation time and to enable our staff to begin preparations for the following morning's breakfast service."

Being close to the Ratapani Tiger Reserve and Forest area it offers a truly authentic jungle experience! At night, you might hear the unique sounds of the forest, including the calls of animals like hyenas and foxes. There's no need for concern; our property is completely secured with strong fencing so you can safely enjoy the wild ambiance."

"Please be advised that there are crushers and mining areas located ahead away of our property. Occasionally during the day, they conduct controlled stone digging which may create a loud, sharp sound similar to a firecracker. This activity is strictly confined to daytime hours and ceases by 6:00 PM. We assure you there is no need for concern."

"For security and accountability, we strictly limit occupancy to registered guests only. Visitors (guests of staying guests) are not permitted to use the rooms or stay overnight on the property."
