Terms and Conditions
o We serve only vegetarian food.
o Rooms at our village resort can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 kids below ..
o To offer an authentic village experience surrounded by nature, our resort operates on a robust 8–10 hour backup system during local grid outages. During backup hours, lights, fans, and key essential electronics remain fully functional. Heavy appliances and high-voltage power points (plugs) are temporarily paused to ensure uninterrupted basic comfort.
o Due to our remote rural location, sourcing fresh ingredients for your meals requires advance planning. To serve you best, we kindly request to place your food orders 4-5 hours prior to your meal. We have all local staff in our team and they are always happy to serve you, for dinner we accepts last orders until 10:00 PM, with service concluding at 11:00 PM to allow us time to prepare for the next day. Thank you for your understanding and support!"
o Government taxes will be charged as applicable.
o As it’s a core village we expect our guests to not play Loud Music in open area within the resort premises, We have our arrangements for Music inside the Tiger Hall, where you can enjoy music and dance.
o Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.
o Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
o Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of 50% advance payment; the remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in.
o There will be no refunds for early check-outs, “no-shows,” or unused inclusions.
o If the number of guests differs from the confirmed reservation, extra charges will apply.
o Management reserves the right to amend or cancel bookings in case of natural calamities or operational reasons.
o All guests must carry valid government ID proof at check-in.
o Pets are not allowed within the resort premises.
o Any damage to resort property during the stay will be chargeable at actual cost.
o For safety and security of our guests, no guest visitors will be permitted post 2030 hrs within the room premises. The room guest will incur additional charges for all visitors staying beyond 2030 hrs. Registration is compulsory for all visitors staying in the premises.
o We do not permit any outside food, under any circumstances and for any reason at all.
o Please avoid getting too close to the water and ensure that your dependents also maintain a safe distance from water as it might be slippery at some places due to Moss.
Servant / Driver Accommodation
o we do have accommodation for accompanying staff like personal help or drivers on a nominal charges.
o All staff must be declared at the time of booking and registered at check-in.
o Staff are required to remain within designated areas and follow property guidelines.
Safety & Security
o Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
o The property is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
o Guests are advised to secure valuables appropriately.

Identification Requirements
o All Indian nationals must present a valid government-issued photo ID with address at check-in
o All foreign nationals must present a valid passport, visa, and relevant travel documents
o As per government regulations.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations – Refunds calculated based on the total booking amount as follows:
7 days and less - 100% cancellation fee.
8 days to 21 days - 60% cancellation fee.
21 days to 35 days - 30% cancellation fee.
35 days and above - 20% cancellation fee.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days after the cancellation.
No amendments can be made once the booking is confirmed.
